- What does "Clothing-Optional" mean?
- If you choose to go topless or naked -- in the pool, or at the Roof-Top Jacuzzi and Lounge, you may certainly feel free to do so. There is never any pressure for you or any guest to do anything which you find unpleasant or uncomfortable. Desire Resort guests are mature and sophisticated and enjoy the freedom of the alternate lifestyle.
Please note the beach at Desire Cabo is a PUBLIC BEACH, therefore, nudity is not allowed. You must have some covering on your body.
Cover-ups are required where food is served, in the lobby, the public beaches and certain other public areas. And although guests are expected to be fully dressed at the Night Club, this does not mean that they can't be dressed light, casual, and of course very sexy.

- We hear there is a "Play Room"?
- The couples-only PLAY ROOM, behind the Night Club Bar, is available to hotel guests who may want to explore alternative-lifestyle options. Desire Resort & Spa is firmly committed to maintaining an ambiance that can only thrive in a couples' environment. Guests without a partner present (must be a couple to check-in) are welcome everywhere on the property, except in Play Room un-escorted. The Play Room is strictly a Couples Only area.

- Is sex premitted anywhere at Desire Resort?
- In Mexico, open sexual activity is not permitted in public areas. Guests must be considerate of other guests that may not be as sexually open as you are. Take-Over Groups may book the entire hotel with people of like mind, resulting in different activities. In order to be considerate of other guests and Staff, sexual activity should take place in the privacy of special areas and guest rooms.

- Are drinks included only with meals?
- Desire Resort is a All-Inclusive Resort, therefore, all drinks, cocktails and refreshments are included, 24-hours a day with the price of your room.. The resort offers a wide selection of internationally known brands. For guests who prefer certain premium brands or ones the resort doesn't ordinarily stock, a reasonable surcharge will be made.

- Is photography allowed at Desire Resort?
- We know guests want to bring home memories of their Desire holiday, but in order to respect the privacy of guests ... NO photographs or videos (including cell phones) can be taken in the clothing-optional areas. You will be asked to leave the resort if you violate this rule. If you want to take photos of your mate, please do so away from any other couples in the resort unless they are with you.

- Are the nude areas open to outsiders?
- Absoutely not! Hotel security would make sure outsiders did not enter the hotel property where nudity is allowed.

- Is there security on the property?
- Desire has its own security staff on premises that are well trained and concerned for the welfare of guests. You will feel as secure at Desire as you do at home. When leaving the property, please use an authorized tour agent. Mexico is very safe and there are many places to see and things to do outside of the resort.

- While Desire Resort does not offer day passes to the public, registered Desire guests may invite other couples to join them. They MUST be accompanied by a Registered Hotel Guest.
The cost of a Guest DAY PASS is:
$200/couple from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (or part thereof)
$200/couple from 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM (or part thereof)
$400/couple from 8:00 AM - 2:00 AM (or part thereof)
Requests for a Day Pass may be made and purchased only by registered guests at the Front Desk.
SOME TAKE-OVER GROUP EVENTS request no day passes be issued to protect the privacy of guests.

- Is Desire Resort for swingers?
- Desire Resort & Spa is a Lifestyle-Friendly resort. This means the resort is friendly to swinger couples, as well as naturalist couples. Desire Resort is a Couples Only Resort (male-female couples) Guests at Desire enjoy their privacy and are provided the opportunity to explore alternate lifestyles like swinging and naturalists. Many guests enjoy the opportunity to let it all go for a week and have a good time. Some dress sexy, dress in costumes for theme nights, enjoy being naked or partially naked and enjoying the company and touch of other like-minded couples. Desire Resort appeals to liberated upscale vacationers with a wild side and couples looking to explore their sexuality.

- Is there any pressure to participate in any activity
- At Desire Resort & Spa, you are the king and queen for your stay. You can participate or choose not to participate in any activity (resort sponsored or couple-couple). Just because of that reason, Desire Resort is a great place to bring your mate if you are new to the lifestyle and you want to get your feet wet without feeling obligated to do anything. That's the best part of Desire ... you can be alone on the beach for a romantic vacation, or you can be with the other wild people at the pool and roof-top spa for a walk on the wild side!

- Non-motorized water sports are included as part of Desire's all-inclusive amenities:

- Sunfish sailboats

- Are Airport Tranfers provided?
- There are several transportation companies that will bring you directly from the airport to Desire Resort. The cost varies from company to company, but generally is $25-35 per person, round trip.
Guests who book PASSION SUITES are picked up by a private hotel shuttle bus. (Limo's are also available for an additional cost).
